Mobility:

1. Bilateral shoulder mobilization  4
2. Quad/IT band smash  2/

Strength:

A) Front Squat; build, then 4x 4 (across, AHAP)

B) Bulgarian split squat (barbell back rack); 2x 10 (L/R)

Conditioning:
