Moving forward as we are adding new programs to our gym, all of our programs will be posted to Wodify only.
Our General programming can be found under Programs: CrossFit . Our Weightlifting program can be found under Programs: Weightlifting + Strength.
We hope this streamlines everything for all of us, and points all of our athletes to the right place for both viewing of the programs, as well as signing up for the sessions.
