A) Seated barbell shoulder press; 5x 5 (across)
B) 10:00 Handstand skills (handstand hold, HSPU, handstand walk)

Conditioning:

5 rounds:
10 pull ups
10 handstand push ups

OR

5 rounds:
10 chest to bar
30ft handstand walk
