Warm Up:

Cossack squats
Yoga push ups
T-spine bridge
Scorpion kicks

Mobility:

1. Anterior compartment smash  2/
2. Anchored T-spine mobilization OR Bretzel  2/

Strength:

Overhead squat; build, then 5x 5 (Across, AHAP)

 

Conditioning:

EMOM 14:00

Minute 1: Strict Chest to bar pull ups (1-5 reps)
Minute 2: 10 Weighted Kettlebell cossack squats
