Air squats
Cossack squats
Yoga push up
Scorpion kicks

Mobility:

1. Lateral opener  2/
2. Wall squat   4

Strength:

Bench press; build, then 4x 4 (across, AHAP)

Conditioning:

5 rounds for time:
8 Handstand push ups
12 Burpee box jumps (30/24)
