In partners:
A) 10 rounds
50ft sled push
Then,
B) 10 rounds
10 box jumps
Then,
C) 10 rounds
200m sprint
*one partner works at a time. Partners must complete a full round before they may switch. Each team may choose which order to do their metcon it (i.e A/B/C, or B/A/C, etc.) But they must complete all 10 rounds before moving to the next exercise
