Goblet squats
Russian kbell swing (right arm)
Goblet squat hold

Mobility:

1. Super front rack 2/
2. Posterior chain floss 2/

Strength:

Russian Squat Program, Week 3 Day 8
Front Squat; 6x 6 @ 80%

Conditioning for Time:

100 Kettlebell swings* (AHAP)
*every time you break, you must run 200m with a ball (30/20/15)
