Hey Everyone!!

Here’s one final reminder about our Local food challenge that begins on Saturday, July 15th.

This challenge is only running for 1 week and its main focus is to support local business with increasing our health and wellness. We have some great resources at the gym and will be creating a facebook group to support anyone wanting to take on this challenge! Any food or drink must be brewed, roasted, grown or created within 100km radius from us! This is a great opportunity to see how amazing the Okanagan is, and that it can provide nutrient dense foods while supporting our community.

Warm up:

Banded crosswalk 15 steps (each direction)
15 Banded thrusters
15 ring rows
15 mountains climbers

Mobility:

1. Pigeon pose  2:00/
2. Wall press or Kbell lateral press 2x 15/side

Conditioning:

For Time, in Partners, 35:00 cap:

Buy in: 80 partner wall balls

Then,  4 rounds of :
400m MeDball run (sharing ball)
40 Medball cleans
40 GHD sit up
40 OH Medball lunges

Cash out: 80 partner wallball
