What an unreal weekend! Renee left it all out on the floor, and we are so very proud of her.
The change in her performance from last years Regionals was obvious. Not only was she stronger, but she looked very composed and comfortable throughout the weekend. And as always, she finished each event, and the weekend as a whole, with a big smile, proud of what she had done, and stoked to be here.
If you ask me, that’s how everyone should look at this weekend. It’s good to work hard and put in the effort, but at the end of the day you should always enjoy what you do,  and have a sense of humor about it, too.

Warm up:

Tabata alternating:
Wall balls
Medball cleans

Mobility:

10:00 cap:
1. Super front rack OR couch stretch 2:00/
2. Kettlebell calf stretch 4:00

Strength/Endurance:

6:00 – 8:00 warm up, then;

EMOM 12:00
1:00 : 3 Squat cleans @ 70%
2:00 : 3 – 6 Strict pull ups (overhand grip)
