Hey Everyone!!

Just a reminder that as Monday is a holiday, we will be closed. We will be open again on Tuesday, and resume our standard schedule.

Warm-up:

1000m row OR 1000m beach run OR 40cal bike

Mobility:

1. Couch stretch  2/
2. Single leg flexion  2/

Strength:

Sumo Deadlift; 12 – 6 – 3 – 3 – 3 – 3

Conditioning:

In partners:
A) 50 Tire flips
Then,
B) 10 rounds
20 Wall balls (partner holds handstand OR Barbell overhead)
Then,
C) 50 Burpee pull ups (partner hangs from rings)

*Each team may choose which order to do their metcon it (i.e A/B/C, or B/A/C, etc.) But they must complete all repetitions in their section before moving to the next.
