Low transfer cossack squats
Inch worm (in place)
Bird dogs
Scorpion kicks
Yoga flow push ups

Mobility:

2. Skin the cat : 3x 3  OR Barbell reverse shoulder opener 3x 30sec

Conditioning:

AMRAP 8:00:
8 Deadlift (185/125)
8 Burpee over bar

7 Power cleans (135/95)
7 Shoulder to overhead (135/95)
