Hey Everyone!
The Whole30 is coming to a close. Many of you have had some pretty awesome experiences over the last month, and we’re really proud of all of you for taking the challenge with us!

We’re going to be re-testing our Whole30 benchmark workout on Monday!

Also, next Saturday, May 6th will be our potluck party. Feel free to bring any dish you like (whole30 approved or not), but also maybe think about bringing one of your favorite new recipes from the last month. We will also be announcing the winner of the Whole30 Challenge.

Warm up:

2 Rounds in partners:
200m ball run
10 medball clean and throw
10 alternating wall balls
10 sit up (forward throw)

Mobility:

10:00 cap:
1. Super front rack OR Lateral opener  4:00
2. Prone dowel passovers 3x 10

Strength/Stamina:

Thrusters; 4 – 4 – 4 – 4 – 4 (building)

Conditioning:

AMRAP 15:00, in Partners:

0:00 – 5:00
Partner A) Max reps man makers (40/25)
Partner B) Plank hold

5:00 – 10:00
Partner A) Max reps man makers (40/25)
Partner B) Air squats

10:00 – 15:00
Partner A) Max reps man makers (40/25)
Partner B) Handstand hold against wall

Partners may switch between movements whenever they like
Partner B must be active in their exercise for the Man Makers to count
Score is total Man Makers
