Workout of the Day Monday : Jenn’s 500th 01.16.2017

Friday January 13th marked Jenn’s 500th workout! To Honor her achievement and dedication, we are going to do a workout with some of her favorite movements, totaling up to 500 repetitions of course!

Warm up:

800m row

Mobility:

1. Overhead rib OR 1st rib mobilization  2/
2. Pigeon pose  2/
3. Wall squat  4

Conditioning:

For Time. Complete exercises/repetitions in any order:
100 Push ups
100 Kettlebell swings (32/24/16)
100 Box jump overs (24/20)
100 Sit ups
100 Double unders
