Hey Everyone!! Just a Reminder that this coming Monday, February 18th is Family Day, and the gym will be closed for the day. Saturday’s open gym and Sunday Super Session with John will still run however.

We hope you all have a wonderful day, and enjoy it with whoever your family may be. We’ll see you back in the gym on Tuesday!
