Hey Everyone!

I’m sure many of you have seen this months news letter that just came out today. I’ts been a few months since I’ve added my “nugget of gold” to the newsletter, and though I’m a little late on it here, I came across this video today that I feel might be timely for some of you. I won’t say much more, because the video will speak for itself. I’ts not long (under 6:00) and I’ll give you a hint; it has to do with waking up in the morning (which is increasingly hard at this time of year).

Warm Up

EMOM 12:00 easy pace (3 rounds)

Min 1 – Run 200m

Min 2 – Banded split squat right + left (switch at 30 sec)

Min 3 – Dead bug

Min 4- Yoga flow push up (exaggerate eccentric phase)

Strength

Bulgarian Split squat (back rack)
build, then 4x 6 (across, AHAP)

Conditioning

4 Rounds in Partners, 1:00 each exercise (30sec per partner)

  1. Double Kettlebell swing (russian, AHAP)
  2. Box Jump overs (24/20)
  3. Ring Dips
  4. GHD sit up
  5. Rest

Recovery

4:00/ea (2/2)

Pec/anterior compartment smash
