Hey Everyone!

So the Temple Race was a huge success! Thank you to everyone who came out and participated, and to our awesome volunteer who helped us make the even run super smooth!

We’re so happy to see all of you out there having a great time, and the positive feedback we received really makes us want to do more of these events in the future. It definitely takes some work for us to plan these events, but its 100% worth it because we can see how much all of you enjoy it.

1. 15 Unbroken Russian Kettlebell swings (AHAP)
2. 10 Ring rows (feet elevated if possible)
3. 30sec Hollow hold

Recovery:

800m Beach run

1 – Ball tack and floss; 90sec/ea
2 – T-spine smash; 3-4:00
