Hey Everyone!

This upcoming weekend is Easter, and we’re going to have a bit of a modified schedule this Friday March 30th. Usually we are closed for holidays, but were going to have a couple of classes for this one:

10:00am
4:00pm

Saturday, Sunday, and Monday will be our regular schedule.

Warm up:

800m dolphins run, then 3 Rounds
10 banded kip activations
10 alternating single leg deadlift
10 xiaopeng forward (5 L/R)

Strength:

Double kettlebell deadlift; build then
5x 12 (across, AHAP)

Conditioning:

AMRAP 15:00

30 Double unders
20 Alternating DB snatch (50/35)
10 Toes to bar

Rx +

AMRAP 15:00

30 Double unders
10 Kettlebell snatch Left (24kg/16kg)
10 Kettlebell snatch Right (24kg/16kg)
10 Toes to bar

Recovery:

1. Pigeon pose; 2:00/
2. Banded overhead distraction;  2:00/
