It’s time for our Whole30 Re-Test!

Well lets be honest, this time around was a little harder for many of us to remain strict and dedicated to the program, but for those that stayed the course, the results are(as expected) staggering.

Corrina Thomsen was among those who stuck to it, and has been dedicated for over a year. The picture above is from July 2016 (left) before she began at Temenos, and October 2017, after her Whole30.
In her own words:

“July 2016 vs. October 2017. Never going back! don’t listen to that voice that says “you can’t do that”. “

Her before and after picture are a testimony to her discipline, not to mention the improvements she has made in her performance in the gym, which is even more impressive.

Great job to everyone who participated, on whatever level you were able to commit to, the Temenos Coaching Team is proud of all of you!

Warm up:

Run 600m, then 2 rounds:
10 Legswing/leg, all directions
10 Yoga push up
10 Tuck jumpss
10 DB stiff leg Deadlift (L + R)

Mobility:

1. Goblet Squat or Wall Squat 2:00/side
2. A,T,Y with light DBs, 3x 5
