Hey Everyone!
Just a reminder that our Whole30 challenge begins on October 1st!
We will be having an information Q&A session tomorrow evening, beginning at 6:30p.m at Temenos for those who would like to participate but still have some questions.

If you are at all interested but hesitating, we suggest you come tomorrow night and just hear us out. We had some amazing success with this program in the spring, and we’d love to have more of you experience the transformation.

Warm up:

1000m beach run, then

“September Challenge!”
4:00 cap:
Max unbroken double unders

Mobility:

  1. Banded overhead distraction  2:00/
  2. Scap pull ups 3x 10
  3. Wall squat 4:00

Strength Endurance:

A) Strict pull ups (4 Second negative); 5 – 5 – 5 – 5 – 5 (building/weighted if possible)

B) EMOM 18:00 (6 Rounds)

1:00 : 3 Back squat (building each round)
2:00 : 12 DB/KB single arm row (Left + Right), Across weight)
3:00 :  Rest
