Hey Everyone!

Just a reminder that the Temple Race is this Saturday, May 11th from 9am – 11am! We will also be having a BBQ afterwards. If you haven’t signed up yet, you can still do so tomorrow!

That being said, Open gym this Saturday is cancelled in lieu of the event. If you’d like to be at the gym during this time, you are welcome to participate, help run the event, or help cheer on the athletes!

Warm up:

3 Rounds :
200m jog
5 Kettlebell windmill Left
5 Kettlebell windmill right
10 Alternating T-spine bridge

Then

2x 20 Banded pull aparts
rest 30sec

Strength:

Ring Dips
6-6-6-6-6-6
(Strict, building, Weighted if possible)

Conditioning:

AMRAP 20:00, in Partners:
20 Kettlebell swings (AHAP)
20 Box Jumps (24/20)

Partner A will run 400 meters while Partner B
completes as many rounds/reps of the AMRAP.
When Partner A gets back, Partner B runs 400 meters
while Partner A picks up where the AMRAP was left off.

Recovery:

4:00 (2:00 L/R)
1. Banded bully
2. Couch stretch
