5 KB Goblet Squat to Bicep Curl to Halo Flow
10 Alternating scorpion kick
10 Glute Bridge
20-30sec Handstand hold

Conditioning:

For Time, in Partners:
5K Row
50 Front Squats (135/95)
60 Box Jumps (24/20)

One partner works at a time.
Work may be broken up however partners choose.
While one partner works, the other will hold a plank.
If the partner holding the plank takes rest,
partners must switch positions.
