Hey Everyone!

Here is our holiday schedule for the Christmas/New Years break. All of these changes will be reflected in Wodify’s class schedule, in case you miss it here!

Monday 24th : 9-12 open gym
Tuesday 25th : CLOSED
Wednesday 26th : CLOSED
Thursday 27th : 9-12 open gym
Friday 28th : 9-12 open gym
Saturday 29th : 8-11 open gym
Sunday 30th : 9am Super session
Monday 31st- 9-12 open gym
Tuesday January 1st- CLOSED
Wednesday January 2nd- regular schedule resumes!

Warm up:

3 Rounds w/ empty barbell:
200m run
5 deadlift
5 hang power clean
5 Pause front squat
5 push press (pause overhead)
then,
2x 20 banded pull aparts (overhead)

Conditioning:

“12 Barbells of Christmas”

@ 95/65 , Solo OR in partners :

1 Deadlift
2 Hang power clean
3 Front squat
4 Strict press
5 Back squat
6 Push press
7 Thrusters
8 Squat clean
8 Push jerk
10 Hang power snatch
11 Overhead squat
12 Sumo deadlift high pull
