KB push press (left)
KB russian swing
KB push press (right)
KB alternating front rack lunge

Mobility:

1. Shoulder/rear deltoid smash w/ ball 2:00/
2. Single leg flexion 2:00/

Strength Endurance:

Warm up (7-8:00), then,

5 Rounds
5 Seated Dumbbell shoulder press
10 Weighted Dumbbell walking lunges

rest as needed (approx. 3:00)

Finisher:

AMRAP 10:00:
10 – 1 Max reps push ups
