Hey Everyone! So lately I’ve been listening to a podcast channel titled “Chasing Excellence”.

The podcast is hosted by Ben Bergeron, Owner of CrossFit New England, and a coach for several top games athletes including Games champions Mat Fraser and Katrin Davidsdottir.

By its own description “Chasing Excellence is a show dedicated to dissecting what it means to live a life of excellence, both inside the gym & out. On each episode, we’ll deep dive on various aspects of being an athlete & maximizing your potential.”

The podcasts are only 25 to 30 minutes in length, but packed with some good wisdom. There are several I’ve really enjoyed, but I thought I’d share this one first:
