Hey Everyone!

This weekend BodyShop Training Center in West Kelowna is having their Annual WODtoberfest.

We have one pair team in the competition; Lauren and Sam!

Come out and support them at some point during the day if you get the chance, it should be an awesome day!

Warm up:

Mobility:

  1. Trap/Scap smash wit  2:00/
  2. Single leg flexion  2:00/
  3. Wall squat  4:00

Conditioning:

For Time, In Partners:
200 double unders
100 kettlebell swings (AHAP)
80 Overhead walking lunges (45/25)
60 Pull ups
40 Burpee box jump overs (24/20)
20 Man makers (AHAP)
200m run (each, in opposite directions)
