We talked about what macronutrients are and why they are important for the active individual, this session we will be talking about the absorption of them. .

You put so much effort into making sure you are eating the right foods, but the absorption of them is a whole other story. You may be consuming them but your body doesn’t digest, breakdown and absorb them as it should. .

Learn how to optimize each macronutrients absorption so your body is properly fueled. .

.

Also covering inflammation! There are certain foods to stay away from and foods to increase to help! Inflammation can show up in the body many ways (skin disorders, sore joints, auto-immune, mental distinctions). If our body is in a state of being inflamed it is hard to heal, grow and recover from workouts.
