This workout is dedicated to one of the most dedicated, and definitely most stylish members of the tribe: Graham Lowe.
Graham turned 67 on Monday, September 24th. He was out of town, so we’d reserved his Birthday workout for today. Graham is an inspiration. Not only is he fit for his age, he is fitter and healthier than most 20 and 30 year olds. He’s also the best dressed man I know. He comes in each day with a positive attitude, ready to learn and to train.
One if his main motivators is to simply be able to keep up with his grandchildren (in the above photo), to which I’d say he’s doing an excellent job.
It is a privilege to age. Most people, whether we realize it or not, don’t get the opportunity to live a full life, let alone have their health when it becomes something that you must work for. Graham is an example of what is possible when you take care of your body, and stay young at heart.
