  2. T-spine Hip bridge on floor hold 2sec up.  3x 10 alternating

Strength/Skill:

4 supersets of :
10 seated (on floor) DB press (AHAP, Across)
1:00 HS walk practice (or HS hold on wall/ with band on rig, try to shift weight as long as possible to a max  of 1:00)

Conditioning:

AMRAP 10:00

30 Double unders
10 Shoulder to Overhead @ 115/75
10 Burpees
30 Sit-up
