Hey Everyone!

Monday is a Holiday (Labour day), so just a reminder that we will be closed.

Renee will also be taking the day off from her interval running at the apple bowl, just a heads up if you are someone who frequently runs with her.

Spend one of the last days of summer with friends and family, and we’ll see you on Tuesday!

9 Hang power clean (155/105)
6 Push jerks (155/105)

*One Partner runs 200m while the other performs barbell work*
