Hey Everyone!

Just a quick reminder that Monday, August 6th is a Stat Holiday, and the gym will be closed for the day.

We hope you all get the opportunity to enjoy the holiday, and spend some time in the sun! we’ll see you back in the gym on Tuesday, August 7th for regular classes!

Warm up:

10-15:00 — Running drills

Then 2 rounds:

1:00 Alternating pigeon pose

1:00 Lateral opener (switch arm at 30 sec)

Conditioning:

(in Partners)

2 rounds :

10x 100m (each partner, alternating*)

50 partner wall balls (20/14)

50 synchro push up

Rest 3:00

*Partner 1 will run 100m (to the stop sign @ Gaston Ave), then partner 2 will go. Each will run 10x 100m and rest while their partner runs the 100m. Once completed, partners will go inside and perform 50 wall ball, then 50 synchro push up.

Rest 3:00 and then perform round 2!

Recovery:

  1. Plantar surface smash; 2:00/
  2. Couch stretch; 2:00/
