Here’s one final reminder about our Local food challenge that begins on Saturday, July 15th.
This challenge is only running for 1 week and its main focus is to support local business with increasing our health and wellness. We have some great resources at the gym and will be creating a facebook group to support anyone wanting to take on this challenge! Any food or drink must be brewed, roasted, grown or created within 100km radius from us! This is a great opportunity to see how amazing the Okanagan is, and that it can provide nutrient dense foods while supporting our community.
