A) 50 Tire flips
B) 10 rounds
20 Wall balls (partner holds handstand OR Barbell overhead)
C) 50 Burpee pull ups (partner hangs from rings)
*Each team may choose which order to do their metcon it (i.e A/B/C, or B/A/C, etc.) But they must complete all repetitions in their section before moving to the next.
