Hello Everyone!!

This week we will be re-introducing our weightlifting club. It will take place on Thursday Evenings, from 6:30p.m – 8:00p.m. There will be no additional cost for this program for members.

If you have an interest in improving your Olympic weightlifting technique, or would just like some time in the gym dedicated to your lifts, this club will be ideal for you. The 90 minute session will consist of weightlifting, additional strength work, and accessory Olympic weightlifting exercises.

The club is being introduced on a trial basis. If it is well received it will continue, and additional sessions may be added throughout the week.

800m Dolphins run OR 1000m row OR 40cal bike

2.  Couch stretch OR wall squat  4:00

Conditioning:

5:00-10:00 min warm-up movements

8 Pull-ups
8 Thrusters (95/65)
8 Burpees
