Hey Everyone!

Just a quick announcement, this weeks Super Sunday session (April 22nd) will be cancelled. 

Super Sunday will resume as per regular schedule on Sunday, April 29th.

Warm up:

3 Rounds 1:00 each
row (easy pace)
Yoga flow (chaturanga flow)

Strength/Endurance:

A) 5 Rounds :

10 DB/KB bench press
Max reps Strict pull up (supinated grip)

Rest approx. 3:00

B) Lateral raise (DB or plates)
3x 12

Recovery:

1 – Lateral opener; 90sec/

2 – Anterior compartment smash OR overhead tissue smash; 90sec/
