Hey Everyone!

we are excited to announce we have some schedule changes coming next week!

Beginning February 5th, we will be removing:\

1pm class (monday/wednesday)
330pm open gym (tuesday/thursday)

We will be adding:

7am class (monday – friday)
10am-12 open gym (monday – friday)

the website schedule will be updated this weekend to reflect these changes.

Mobility:

Strength:
